Rules:

Rosters: Teams are limited to three players plus one substitute and a goalie.
Each team must have a dark and light jersey.
Game length: Games are made up of two 7-minute periods.
Face-offs: Only face off to start each period.
After a goal: The opposing team must retreat to their zone after every goal and penalty shot.
Attacking the opposing zone: The attacking team must wait 10 seconds before attacking the opposing zone.
Penalties: All penalties result in a penalty shot
